Bob Barber first began his involvement with Biblically Responsible Investing in 1992. As the business grew, there were several moves to different locations in New Braunfels, TX in order to contain the growth God was blessing them with. In January of 2004, Bob purchased a piece of property in New Braunfels where the CIS headquarters would eventually stand. The groundbreaking ceremony took place the following November, and almost one year later, in October of 2005, the building was completed. Christian Investment Services finally had a place to call their own.

The CIS building is equipped with both state-of-the-art phone and computer technologies insuring back up capability if the need arises. CIS also strives to present various personal touches for its clients   such as,  a live person to receive your phone calls,  comfortable seating and calming decor in the reception area, and fresh baked cookies and cold or hot beverages.

The goal of CIS is to provide a happy medium between the professional business atmosphere and a South Texas family feel. The staff of CIS hopes to see you  soon as they continue to dedicate the business and their future buildings to the Glory of God.
